Thales is from Brazil but joined KVK in 2024, where he lives in Kolding with his wife Theresa. Thales teaches at the club, but also runs school courses throughout Kolding Municipality and he loves beach volleyball and therefore spends a lot of time on Kolding's most beautiful courts at Pulzion in the summer. He can also be booked for company events etc.

Karsten is employed from March 1, 2022 as development manager and will, among other things, be part of the club's projects and be responsible for sponsorships, etc.

Fie is employed as of November 1, 2022 to keep track of the club's projects. Fie is a trained physiotherapist and has been self-employed for a number of years, but in 2023 completed a Master of Sports at SDU with a specialization in competitive and elite sports. Fie is a former competitive runner and talent coach herself and currently lives in Dalby with her husband and their three boys.
